250g salad + ½ tsp olive oil
1 cup ayran

250 g salad +50 baked cheese + ¼ tsp olive oil

5th day

Breakfast
Yoghurt
Fruit salad

Lunch
200 g of beans (lentils)
1 slice of bread
250 g salad + ¼ tsp olive oil

Dinner
150g grilled fish
250 g salad with vinegar / lemon juice + ¼ tsp olive oil
100 g of freshly squeezed lemon juice

6th day

Breakfast
2 egg omelet without fat
1 tomato
100 ml fruit juice
Lunch
1 cup of yogurt + 1 slice of bread
Fruit
Dinner
300 g of boiled cauliflower
50 g cheese
1 slice of bread
I cup ayran

7th day

Breakfast
40 g cheese or 100 g cottage cheese
1 slice of bread
Fruit

Lunch
250 g of vegetables, stewed in a little oil
1 slice of bread
250 g salad

Dinner
100 g chicken t+ salad + ¼ tsp olive oil
100 ml fruit juice
You can eat some fruits between the meals if you want to.
